  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1.5 cups marinara sauce (low sugar)
  • Italian herbs, salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a tray.
  2. Mix the turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, herbs, salt and pepper until just combined.
  3. Roll into 12 meatballs and place on the tray.
  4. Bake for 15–18 minutes until cooked through (165°F / 74°C).
