Ingredients
- 1 scoop (30g) chocolate protein powder
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup ice
- Optional: 1 tbsp cocoa powder
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend on high for 30–45 seconds until smooth and thick.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
Tips
For a thicker, spoonable smoothie, use frozen banana and less liquid. Add oats for extra carbs around training.
